Problem/Motivation

When an autocomplete entity reference is required via #states, no required marker is added.

Steps to reproduce

TBD

Proposed resolution

When an autocomplete entity reference is required via #states, no required marker is added. Well, it actually is, but to the visually-hidden label of the first time. Let's add it to the multiple widget label instead as it happens when the field is directly required on Drupal unconditionally.
