Problem/Motivation

Amongst of the errors in found in the current PHPStan baseline core/phpstan-baseline.neon is: #do callback class 'Bar\Baz')' at key 'X' does not implement Drupal\Core\Security\TrustedCallbackInterface. .

This issue exists to fix all of those.
