Replace README.txt with README.md

Issue are found in the patch and sending it to Needs Work.

3.diff.txt:31: trailing whitespace.
The media entity file replace module requires the (Drupal core) Media module

Install as you would normally install a contributed Drupal module. See
warning: 2 lines add whitespace errors.

I verified and applied MR !3 for Drupal version 10.0.2.
README.txt file updated to README.md after applying this patch.

A few minor things - there needs to be an extra line break before the level two headings, and the "contents" section is unnecessary given the length of the file.

Hi I reviewed the latest changes of the MR!, I applied it in my local cleanly, confirmed README.txt is replaced with README.md and this is now looks good to me.
