I've found an issue with Override title not working inside contextual filters
Testing on a boilerplate version of drupal 8 I created 2 articles and attached a taxonomy term to them, there are two terms red and blue.
On my view I created a block showing teasers, filtered on article, published and taxonomy term that is exposed.
I added a contextual filter on name, and a relationship on term linking to my new term with the two colours in it.
inside the contextual filter in 'WHEN THE FILTER VALUE IS AVAILABLE OR A DEFAULT IS PROVIDED' I ticked Override title and added the value the value is {{ arguments.name }}
I then ticked the use ajax button.
I added the block to a page and using a dropdown the filter changes the results correctly, but the title is not updated.

We at least need an issue summary update, including clear steps to reproduce from a fresh install.
