The code change in the patch has been changed since the patch was submitted. The 'h4' is still there but the #suffix has been removed. 🐛 Claro's preprocessing of field multiple value form's table header cell removes potential changes by others Fixed

So, is this still relevant to 11.x? If we don't receive confirmation that the problem is valid, it may be closed after three months.
