Long words in table cells are not handled well

I asked in #bugsmash about this issue. pameeela responded saying that this problem does not exist is Claro. Therefore I am moving this to Seven.

Just some more info on how Claro handles it, the table expands as much as required with a horizontal scroll.

I will focus on some 2.0.x issues, but this seems good to go.

I am not sure we should target tables with image data. If a table row would contain a filename, and the next would contain a form element, I guess this same issue would show.

I have tested issue on Drupal 1.0.x-dev

After applying MR successfully, The media file for large name is not covering the next cell.
