Combine Add & Configure Custom Block Screens

If the forms are not combined, or as an interim solution, can we have a link from the block config form to the block content edit form and vice versa? Is there an issue for that? I could not find one; this is the closest with 📌 Provide helpful editing links on "admin/structure/block" for deriver blocks (menu, views, block content, etc.) Needs review and 📌 Improving the usability between "custom block" and "content" Closed: outdated as increasingly distant runners-up.

The blocker went in but I don't think we should try combining the screens, there's a push to decouple block_content from block at the moment so we don't want to tie them together any more (see 📌 Why block_content depends on block? Active )

There is also ✨ Link block to content_block Active for adding a link so maybe we close this one in favour of that?
