Is this still a valid task in D10? If so could issue summary be updated to modern template.
As a follow up from #1911492: Views try to find Custom StylePlugin template in core/modules/views/templates → , we need to figure out what we want to do in the instance that a views plugin provider is not there, or the module is disabled.
We can either log the error, throw an exception, or both.
