I heard back from DA about the logo branding - We need to either use the Sub Branding - the style with the Drupal Logo and a second line of text with our program name, or come up with a separate logo. We can not use the Drupal CMS style of logo.
That said, I think initially using the Drupal Sub Branded logo will help us reinforce that this is a Drupal Sponsored program and give more weight to the program to potential hiring agencies.
We need to choose if we want to be known as IXP Program or IXP Fellowship - we use both interchangeably and I think tightening that up will clear up confusion.
I've attached the sub-branded versions of the Drupal logo with both 'IXP Program' and 'IXP Fellowship'.

Question 1: What information needs to be collected at time of registration?
If it's a lot of information, it will be better user experience and higher completion rate to be a multi-step form with short digestible content so as not to overwhelm.
Question 2: Are we calling it IXP Program or IXP Fellowship for the official name?
I have a logo for either one - see other thread.
Next up, I'll meet with @camoa or @anilu to see the interior page(s) to get going on that branded design.

@sikofitt great idea - as I'm sure I would monopolize the feed with everything about the website and feedback and testing, etc. I'm creating a child issue.
@chrisfromredfin - no work was needed to be performed - I thoroughly tested all themes, admin themes, and light/dark versions, the pagination numbers already had proper contrast. Someone must've corrected but not updated the issue or known there was an issue.
I created screenshots of each after my testing to validate that there was proper pagination contrast.

The issue has already been resolved, see screenshots. With GIN (light & dark mode) & CLARO admin themes installed, the pagination in the Contrib Modules has proper contrast.

Also use the Govt.'s Automated testing tool, ANDI, that us Trusted Testers have access too and have been certified on - it's the preferred and most widely accepted tool for helping to create the remediation list for Gov't sites. It catches different items than WAVE or AXE as well.
