Create/update SDDS meeting issues with meeting notes

Problem/Motivation

We had a lot of regular meetings last year and people have yet to be credited! :( Sorry!

We only have 5 of the issues created:

This would be a simple (though tedious) task for someone :) If you do this work, you will get credited on every meeting issue that you process.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Create meeting issues for the missing ones and use the meeting parser plugin to add meeting notes to all issues including who to credit.

Remaining tasks

  • Go through #starshot-demo-design-system channel and find the meetings
  • Create issues for meetings that don't have them
  • Install meeting parser and used to get the meeting notes for each meeting
  • Go through the names of the attendees and map to their Drupal.org usernames if different
  • Mark issue "needs review"
