Add follow-up tasks to recipes that can use them

Problem/Motivation

Drupal core 11.1.4 now allows us to add follow-up tasks to recipes, and these are exposed by Project Browser 2.0.0-beta1. I think it makes a lot of sense to expose follow-up tasks in places where it makes sense.

For example:

• An "Add a $content_type" task for content type recipes
• An "Uninstall" task for recipes that do a third-party integration (e.g. AI, Google Analytics)
