I had same problem where i needed both patches, one from #2 and one from https://www.drupal.org/project/paragraphs_viewmode/issues/3345123 🐛 entityViewModeAlter throws an exception in php 8.2 RTBC
i made ONE new patch that is fixing both problems on my side

Hi guys. This issue affects https://www.drupal.org/project/paragraphs_viewmode/issues/3345129 🐛 Override not working when view mode to override is not selected in the available view mode list Needs review so i made patch that is compatible with both problems. Solves on my side!

I can confirm i have same problem.
Using Webform_views 5.2.0 D10.2 PHP 8.1.4

Issue was in alpha version, fixed already in last dev version

Patch is fixing ConnectException error when site cant connect to web for some reason
