Needs Paragraphs Type Permissions to be enabled for it to work properly

Problem/Motivation

Unpublish paragraphs are visible when logged in and viewing a node, but when Paragraphs_Type_Permissions is enabled, unpublished paragraphs are only visible when editing and not when viewing the node.

Not sure if this a bug, but a user might prefer them to not be visible when viewing the node (even with being logged in).

Steps to reproduce

1. Install as usual via composer
2. Try to toggle a section/page block
3. It appears as toggled on the page edit screen, but once you hit save and are redirected. The hidden section/page block is still visible

Proposed resolution

Enable Paragraphs Type Permissions module, then it will work as intended.

Maybe add this as an installation step so its taken care of automatically so users of this module don't have to be instructed to enable it after installation as it is a dependency of this module
