In the past you were able to navigate the map (zooming) by using your scroll wheel. With the D10 upgrade this seems to be lost. Now you have to double click to zoom, or use the + and - buttons on the top left.
Closed my issue as duplicate of this one.

with the new svelte frontend, we fixed this issue.

it was frontend issue, not drupal 10 (backend) related.
like @grienauer said, fixed with new frontend we did with svelte
