problem with copyright and delivering images out of media in Drupal

We need to change the system to show an info/warning beside the saved image: "this image is only a reference. Due to copyright it is not save/allowed to use images not clear copyright."

And in the frontend, the image path has to be replaced with the remote url, so the image is loaded from the remote url.
