8.x-2.x module will be end of life by 31st Dec 2024 therefore there won't be any new release of 2.x version of module. Please use 3.x version of the module for new features and bug fixes.

@Black Swan, we have moved related information in Publisher Dashboard under Connected Sites. We removed these controllers in acquia_contenthub 3.5.0.

There is a replacement for discovery interface i.e. dashboard in 3.x version of the module. Hence we will be deprecating the discovery interface.
We have access permission for dashboard in 3.x version of the module. Feel free to use this patch, but we advise you to upgrade to 3.1.x version of the module. There will be no feature addition to 8.x-2.x version module only bug fixes will be done.
