Deprecate SubscriptionManager and Status page Controller in acquia_contenthub_publisher

I use these pages a lot.

If they must be deprecated, they should move to a contrib module.

@Black Swan, we have moved related information in Publisher Dashboard under Connected Sites. We removed these controllers in acquia_contenthub 3.5.0.
