Date is hardcode to American date and time format

When displaying the list of revisions, the date is currently fixed to the 'm/d/Y H:i:s' format, which lacks flexibility. Ideally, it should conform to the globally set short date format, similar to how node revisions are handled. This would ensure consistency across the platform and allow for better customization according to user preferences or regional standards.
