Deprecate getProvider(), getSettings(), isConfigurationSet() from Drupal\acquia_contenthub\Client\ClientFactory

Problem/Motivation

Acquia CH's configurations and client factory needs to refactored and written in more cleaner and logical way.

Proposed resolution

Create new methods for ClientFactory::getProvider() ClientFactory::getSettings() and ClientFactory::isConfigurationSet() and deprecate current methods in 3.3.0 which will be removed in 3.4.0.
