This issue is reproducible in Smart Date 4.0.3, but I noticed that the patch provided by @mandclu partially applies and the partial application fixes the issue. Here is a new version of the patch with the change to SmartDateWidgetBase.php that was in the original patch but was not changed in the source code.
Note that this issue is also reproducible in 4.1.0-rc6. I tried updating in case it would resolve the issue but it didn't, and the patch is not compatible with that version. The only resolution that has worked for me has been to use version 4.0.3 and apply the change to SmartDateWidgetBase.php that was in the original patch.
I've made a merge request here to add a 'None' option for the Page Assist setting because there are cases where Monsido is being used but Page Assist should not be enabled. If the 'None' radio button is selected, neither of the page assist scripts will be added. Here is the MR: https://git.drupalcode.org/issue/monsido_tools-3410564/-/merge_requests/...

Thank you for fixing this so quickly, it's working well in the latest release!

I've updated the patch from #16 to apply to version 1.2. Nothing has been changed except to make that patch work against the new version.
Confirmed that the patch in #4 resolves the issue for me.
Hi, I've also run into this issue. It looks like the patch file is empty, could you try re-uploading it?
I've created a patch that removes the update status changes that were done to the default office hours formatter. With this change, the hours display is shown to anonymous users as expected (without the update script overwriting the display).
If someone knows a way to keep the cache update stuff in there but also respect the display settings that would be better, I just don't know how to do that.

I made a mistake in the patch file (the wrong fill colour). Here is a corrected version.
I couldn't find an official version of the 'X' logo that has the circle around it. The only provided svg on their brand page (https://about.twitter.com/en/who-we-are/brand-toolkit) does not have the circle around the X. I've updated the patch with the version of the svg that is provided on their brand page since the official logo should be used.
Removed attached library as not required.
Rewritten to apply to the 1.3.x branch.
Rewrite for Drupal 9.5.x.
