Provide a search form and block

Here's a patch that adds a block, a form and some feedback to the user about the config settings.

I'll likely have more iterations for this block but figure you can have a look at what I've suggested as a starting point.

Realized I forgot to change an Onpoint to OnPoint in one spot.

Hello! Can this patch be applied for the `1.3.0-alpha1` branch so we can merge it when we move that branch forward to become the main branch?

Rewritten to apply to the 1.3.x branch.
