The Patch test error is not directly linked to the provided solution patch.
The test error is related to the missing schema for the 'rest_example_test' content type, which is missing.
Previously, when there was no toolbar entry for the 'rest example' module, this test method 'testExampleToolbar' was never getting called, hence the error was never generated. To fix this the schema file can be added

Checked in Both Drupal 9.5 and Drupal 10.1, but could not reproduce the issue.
Few notes:
1. I think the placement of the βhide disabledβ button should be Inside the table under the βEnabledβ heading. Thatβs how I implemented it.
2. Thereβs a corner case, If a parent menu is disabled while its children are enabled, only the parent menu gets hidden. As a result, the visible children seem like they are listed under the wrong parent.

Followed the steps and tried the same version (10.1.x-dev) to reproduce the issue, but it's working as expected.
