Inconsistency using actions group buttons

Problem/Motivation

In the multiform example on the "1st" page a grouping of action-buttons is introduced for reason of "layout" consistency.
In the function for building the 2nd page the grouping is missing. Buttons are defined directly under the $form-array.

Steps to reproduce

Install Examples for Developers.

Proposed resolution

Add group to page 2 or remove from page 1.
