Last patch doesn't fix the issue.
Currently this issue only gets fixed if we manually remove `*.moderation_state.yml` from config folder. We might need new patch to fix this issue.
I've checked in 10.2.x version.
It's breaking our prod site when GraphQL suddenly stops giving response. Lower environment it looks good. That's why increasing priority.

Hi @larowlan Please find attached screenshot of `composer outdated` output:
@cilefen Actually When composer lock file is getting scanned through Snyk security tool. Almost all contributed modules version line it's giving `GPL-2.0 license` as high level risk. Not sure how can we fix that.

Any update on this ticket?
This patch is not working with latest version 8.x-3.3.
I've applied the patch. But I didn't see `Change layout template` button anywhere. Can you please guide us where can we find it?

Applied some early check and updated patch.
I'm also getting same issue. Must be somewhere menu is caching whenever it's created.
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Install 8.x-1.x.dev & configure this module
- Then create a new group menu under any group. Navigate to group page, you won't find any menu there.
- After clearing all cache you will find menu is visible.
We need to make patch compatible with latest version of this module.
I've tested this patch. Below getting below `js not enabled` everywhere in site.
