Are you sure this is due to a bug in GraphQL Webform? We don't handle the execution of queries, this is the domain of the GraphQL module. Can you please confirm that you can execute GraphQL queries using the base module alone, and that the missing data only occurs when graphql_webform is enabled?
Or if you can provide a test case proving the bug that would be very helpful.
