Updating WCAG 2.1 to WCAG 2.2

As there is now WCAG 2.2 should we be referring to this instead of 2.1?
Also do we need to be more specific and state which level we should aim for (ie AA)

After applying this patch I now get the following [similar] error:
Error: Class "Drupal\migrate_tools\Drush\MigrateToolsCommands" not found in include() (line 27 of /app/web/modules/composer/path_redirect_import/src/Commands/PathRedirectImportCommands.php)
Any suggestions?

Having applied the patch I'm now getting this error:

Works as expected for me on D9.5.10 PHP8.1.7
