Create new media_bulk_upload release (version TBD)

Update tasks.

Given that all the issues are bug fixes or deprecations, I think it's fine to do a patch release even if we are dropping support for < 10.4.

Specify version.

Since 10.2.x security coverage ended in December 2024 and we are doing a patch release, we should include 10.3 when merging in:

However, it is essential to validate/check https://git.drupalcode.org/project/media_bulk_upload/-/merge_requests/24 which contains an omission of Drupal 11 support.

Hi. I know you're busy working on this. Is there any update on getting Drupal 11 support into a stable release?

Rather than continue to drag this on, I'm going to make a release with what has been merged rather than waiting on finding time to review the RTBC/etc issues. I'm removing all but two issues from the list.
