In User reset password, Submit button color is disorder, needs to be fixed.

After fixing the issue.

Without applying the patch, I observe that the button color looks proper as expected

Steps I followed for testing:
1. Install Bootstrap Cloud on my local drupal core 10.3
2. Go to Reset Password Page
3. Checked the Button color of submit and looks proper
