Can't reset password if password expires

I am working here.

I checked module functionality. It was not working properly and proving error so I resolved it on MR 17.
Looks like we need to work on Password policy module related to this. From that module, the change password page is not accessible. At now need to use the password reset link by mail to change the password.

I checked the change password page. It is not accessible and the page throws error if the password policy module is enabled.
The MR fixes this and the page is accessible now. Moving this to RTBC.

Check this issue in password_policy module 💬 Allow contrib modules to alter the redirect and ignored routes Needs review .
I think it's much better solution.
