@Pemson18, glad you found the cause. This seems resolved so closing as fixed.
The PHP requirement for Drupal 11 → is PHP 8.3. This was first announce in the change record, https://www.drupal.org/node/3413288 → . Remember to check all requirements before starting an upgrade. Thanks.
