Standard Responsive Images recipe should have the Responsive image recipe type

Problem/Motivation

Identified by Akhil Babu at QED42 in #3449438: Document new Recipe types that were added in core's Standard recipe → , Standard's standard_responsive_images recipe should have the recipe type of Responsive image as defined in the Recipe Types documentation.

The 'Responsive image' recipe type preset in the existing documentation has the 'standard_responsive_images' recipe as example. But that recipe has the type as 'Media'. Also, there are no recipes with type 'Responsive image'. Should we change the type of 'standard_responsive_images' to 'Responsive image'?

Steps to reproduce

View the recipe.yml file. I assume this type will also be exposed to Project Browser for Starshot one of these days.

Update the recipe type.
