Create logo for Conditional Fields for Project Browser Initiative

Note there is this old open issue:

#3166592: Create an official logo to represents project →

but it doesn't match the requirements and is blurry. It could be used for inspiration.

A quick shot and starting point into another symbolic direction and interpretation game play to have different view angles on how the logo could be. Biggest problem I see is not the "conditional" part in the symbolic meaning but that it is on "field" level. Logo design is part of my professional work and so I have high demands on such things.

For some strange reason the re-upload while hiding the previous upload does not work correctly so I have to upload the second file again (third time).

Looks nice. Let's do it.

@heddn: let me refine the borders and spacing a little bit to look consistent with the inner frame radius on pages with white background in the next time. Hopefully next days. So let me set it to "Needs Work" and I will assign myself temporarely to have it in my notifications.
