'remove_empty_paragraphs' is not a supported key. (Drupal >=10.3.0)

This is quite interesting, as the filter does not have any setting, nor a setting specifically called "remove_empty_paragraphs".

@Grevil that may mean I created the issue in the wrong project. Let me check that. I'll then change the project field accordingly. Sorry!
