Hello, I just tried to visit my local Drupal and got an error message instead, so I checked my Apache Logs and saw this:
Uncaught PHP Exception Error: "Call to a member function set() on null" at /fake/folder/drupal/core/modules/dynamic_page_cache/src/EventSubscriber/DynamicPageCacheSubscriber.php line 145, referer: https://localhost/
I'm using PHP version: 8.2 and I just ran composer to fully update Drupal to latest version
Any ideas what is causing it? my best guess is that Drupal is not yet fully compatible with PHP 8.2, but I want to confirm.

Drupal 10 runs on PHP 8.2 and 8.3 on many sites. As a bug this will need more detailed steps to reproduce. A stack trace will be useful here.
Additionally it will be good to share the Composer command you executed and all of its output.
