[META] Track 6: Create "Blog" recipe

This blogging platform comparison is clearly biased (being published by HubSpot) but does highlight some common considerations, including:

• Ease of use
• Embedding media
• SEO features
• Embedding interactive elements like CTAs and forms

We should also consider options for syndication and making content available to other services, and making sure these are optimized out of the box. For example, Drupal's current default RSS feed includes the title within the description, causing it to appear duplicated on many platforms, including Drupal Planet.

One potential differentiator would be including an accessibility feedback tool like Editoria11y.

A blog could use the article content type from the Standard recipe. It should use the "BlogPosting" Schema.org vocabulary as specified in:

Adding Article structured data to your news, blog, and sports article pages can help Google understand more about the web page and show better title text, images, and date information for the article in search results on Google Search and other properties
