I couldn't find anything about removing deprecations, do they need Change notices?

No change record required, the original was enough, this is just the cleanup that we told everyone about with the deprecation.

@andypost I think you marked it fixed before applying all of the credit, or do deprecation removals not qualify for credit?

Adding credit for @nicxvan. There's no policy against credit for deprecation removals. @catch committed without participating here, so the credit UI didn't get updated as usual...
