[META] Random failures in Functional Javascript Performance test(s)

I just noticed & encountered similar issue , this specific issue encountered when the source branch is 3(any number) commits behind the target branch.

By rebase branch & push the code in the respective branch , pipeline 'll be pass & issue 'll be fixed

I think this can be marked fixed now:

- we separated out a lot of cache queries etc. to separate assertions that are more reliable
- 📌 Remove cache tag checksum assertions from performance tests Active landed recently which was the main remaining cause of random failures.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
