You shouldn't create a new MR unless the maintainer said so, and also changing the .txt name to .md isn't enough you should also be changing the contents based on the README.md template.

@Prem Suthar module name is Entity save and add another and in readme, its Entity Create Another Button, can you add the correct module name there please?
