Hi,
I verified and tested the latest MR !371 on the Drupal 10. 2 version.
MR is applied successfully,Testing steps:
- Install Drupal version 10. 2
- Install the Gin theme
- Use the gin theme as an Administration theme
- Go to the /admin/structure/views/view/content
- Click view page dropdown icon
- You will find the issue (before the patch)
- Apply the patch and check for the same
Test Result:
The view page dropdown has with shadow effect, the dropdown listing looks goodMove to RTBC

This is a non core standard compliant dropdown (not yet migrated).
So I'd urge you to open an issue in the core issue queue so we can migrate this dropdown.
