In modal - Dialog cancel button has colour issue

Problem/Motivation

I am using workspaces module and created 2-3 workspaces after that I tried to delete one of them but I see that there is a colour issue with the cancel button which needs to be fixed. See the attached screenshot for clarity.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Workspaces Module
Go to /admin/config/workflow/workspaces
Click on any workspace and try to delete
You will see a modal where two buttons are present
See the cancel button colour i-e black which is not matched with the theme

I tested this issue. Firstly I couldn't see any styling issues for the same and secondly, this is an experimental. Adding the screenshots for my assessment.
