The major unknown for third party dependencies is jQuery 4 which has both an almost 100% milestone and no indication of a release date yet. By extension this might also affect jQuery UI which we still have some of in core.
More controllable on our part, but not small, is π [meta] Convert all core plugin types to attribute discovery Active which we'll need to complete before 11.0.x is released if we want to remove annotations in 11.x (to drop the Doctrine annotations dependency).
We would need to either resolve or explicitly defer those for March 2024 in order to release in June 2024.

All four release managers agree that this issue is wontfix. Thanks!

Yes to elaborate on #2, various things make it unlikely we'll hit the beta deadline for a June release, and I also don't think we should crunch for it either, but given we're in a good position to allow a longer support cycle for Drupal 10 at the same time as fully starting 11.x prep, and it allows for us to standardise all the documentation around a predictable pattern, we shouldn't pre-emptively skip it.
