Automatically create a logger channel for autoconfigured modules

Problem/Motivation

Follow-up from ✨ Add autoconfigure for module loggers Needs review we currently don't do anything if there is not logger configured following the naming pattern logger.channel._mymodule_

Instead, we can automatically configure one and use that.
