Offering to maintain Insert View

@RobLoach I think the problem is that maintainers don't log in to Drupal.org and don't see any message for a long time so it's better to write direct messages to their social media and ask to add you as a maintainer.

No idea if it will help, but I've contacted the Drupal Association to see if there is anything they can do, or if they can at least point us to some process where we can get @RobLoach added as a maintainer of this project.

RobLoach has been already added as maintainer.

(Since not everybody can see who are the maintainers, I added a screenshot.)

Still active as the proposed resolution of "Release the Insert View 2.1 release" is not yet fixed.
