EntityListBuilder should return URL object vs mock

Bit of an odd one to understand without context from the other issue but it passes and makes sense to fix the fail in the parent.

I'm surprised that fromRoute works in Unit tests but seems fine. I'm assuming the test passes with all changes from the other issue too?

I think the issue title could be more descriptive, but shouldn't be an rtbc blocker given the simplicity.
