Provide custom block type information when placing block.

Problem/Motivation

While using the layout builder or when custom placing blocks, the user doesn't get the custom block type information, and that makes placing blocks slightly difficult.

Steps to reproduce

Try placing a block using a layout builder or block layout UI.

Proposed resolution

The block 'Category' information should be updated to include block type/bundle.
