We don't really need to remove "watchdog_exception" yet, as it was just marked as deprecated in 10.1.0, but not removed yet.

Current MR as a patch for the time being.

Works like a charm. But please note, that other fixes are also needed to make this fully work:

• 🐛 Fix Render #pre_render callbacks must be methods of a class that implements TrustedCallbackInterface for Drupal 9 compatibly Fixed
• 🐛 Paragraph from unpublished layout section is visible in other section Fixed
• 🐛 Element selection is broken - missing paragraph thumbnails Fixed
