Drupal 10 Masterpatch to keep ERL alive with RTBC'd issue patches

Works great so far in Drupal 10. Didn't find new issues yet.

Here we go. Attached you can find the patch and the module with the patches applied as .zip.

Sadly this can't be used in composer, because composer checks compatibility in the remote.

To use entity_reference_layout with Drupal 10, you need to place the patched module into the custom folder and add

"replace": {
        "drupal/entity_reference_layout": "*"
    },

in your composer.json so composer will not check the dependency.

Just to note that you can use https://github.com/mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient to maintain a composer based workflow

Let's proceed with all these in 2.x to keep 8.x-1.x untouched!
