The project page has at least three paragraphs to explain what the module; just copying one of them is not sufficient.
Generally speaking, copying from the project page and pasting into a
hook_help()implementation is a bad idea for at least a reason: The project page is read from people who need to decide whenever to install the module; once the module is installed, people need to see different information, although they could still be reminded which module they installed. - Assigned to nitin_lama

As this is no real improvement towards the usage of the module. This will be closed as there is no response for months.
