Move non-migrations tests to Statistics

@sahil.goyal, @Nikhil_110, when working with Drupal core it is expected that you test your patches locally before using the resources of the Drupal Association. Read instructions for running the coding standard checks locally → to learn how to do that. This will save the resources of the Drupal association and reduce noise on the issue. I am removing credit for the incorrect rerolls per How is credit granted for Drupal core issues → .

Fixed the namespace.

Only other instances I see are in migrate folders.

Searched 'statistics' and reviewed them each in phpstorm (about 60)
