The fourth maintainer does not show his full name on his user profile. It is not possible to show it.

I reviewed your changes but the "Configuration" section does not follow the README.md template since the "Configuration" section only states No special configuration is needed. As per the README.md template → If the module has little or no configuration, you should use this space to explain how enabling/disabling the module will affect the site.

Given the description shown in the first lines, I am not sure it is possible to add a similar description on the Configuration section.

The Menu Link Sync module helps synchronize the position of menu items within Drupal installs with separate menus for every language

That suggestion seems to assume that, since a module does not have any configuration (which means no configuration form), it will not have any user interface, which is not true (for example) for a module that alters the node edit form. For such module, the description that says the module will alter the node edit form to achieve its purpose should be sufficient.

In this case, the following part in the first section already makes clear in which way enabling the module will affect the site.

This module provides a "Synchronize" button to the "Menu link settings" on the
node forms for translated nodes.
